A little information about the ingredients we use at LaMonica's Salumeria.....

Our mozzarella is made fresh daily on premises.

Our marinara sauce is made with 100% imported Italian plum peeled tomatoes and olive oil, and our vodka sauce is made with fresh cream.

Our pesto sauce is made with fresh Israeli basil.

Only 100% Angus Beef is used in our meatballs.

Our ciabata panini are hand-rolled and baked in a brick oven the old fashioned way.

We grill and fry our chicken cutlets daily in 100% canola oil with no trans fat.
